Join Music Director Thierry Fischer and Russian-pianist Andrei Korobeinikov for an evening of stunning musical tributes.
Concert Highlights Include:
A man of many talents, pianist Andrei Korobeinikov speaks Esperanto, has a law degree and is a published author on the subject of intellectual property.
The Fairy’s Kiss, Stravinsky’s homage to Tchaikovsky, is based on The Ice Maiden and draws a parallel between the main character and the legendary composer, both blessed at birth and then taken far too young.
From one virtuoso to another, Rachmaninoff and Lutoslawski followed in the footsteps of Brahms and Liszt to build a masterpiece on a legendary tune by Paganini.
Per the recommendation of the CDC, Utah Symphony | Utah Opera is encouraging all patrons to wear face coverings while indoors at our upcoming events.
