Craft Lake City Workshop: Lettering & Pressed Flower Art (21+)

Come learn the art of script lettering and create a beautiful keepsake pressed flower art frame with local artisan Betsy Goodman! At this fun-filled crafts + craft cocktails evening, you will learn all the fundamentals of script lettering, including the basic strokes, connecting strokes, lowercase letters and connecting letters. Betsy will also teach you how to draw decorative elements and add flourishing. Apply these skills together to make your own custom-lettered pressed flower art frame! Each attendee will receive a supply kit that includes lettering supplies, a glass frame and dried pressed flowers. Grab a friend (or Galentine) and make a night of it! Included in the purchase price of the workshop ticket, attendees will enjoy a signature cocktail (or non-alcoholic mocktail!) at Alibi Bar & Place, handcrafted with care by Alibi’s talented bartenders. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to purchase additional beverages during the class if they so choose. This workshop is a 21+ event. No experience necessary and all supplies provided.
